Ghana's only 3-in-1 tourist destination, Hans Cottage Botel is a serene eco-paradise unlike anything else in the country. Carved out of the woods on the outskirts of Cape Coast, the botel sits on a man-made lake teeming with live crocodiles, where small, rounded cottages are built on stilts over the water, and hundreds of Cattle Egrets, Herons, Hornbills, and Weavers roost at dawn. Guests enjoy crocodile watching, boat rides, fishing, canoeing, bird watching, and hiking, all on-site.
