From there, add more events, activities, or a day off to recover. Every choice is priced and confirmed as its own line, so nothing gets quietly added to your bill while you're busy having the time of your life.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Accra

Airport arrival and meet-and-greet, transfer to your accommodation, check-in and settle in. Your welcome dinner is included tonight: Ghanaian cuisine and a proper first taste of December in Ghana, before a relaxed rest of the evening.

Day 2: Discover Accra

Breakfast, then a guided Accra Welcome & City Orientation, Black Star Square, Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, the Arts Centre, and other confirmed stops. Return transfer, lunch included, evening at leisure. Optional: Taste Accra food experience, hosted nightlife, art tour.

Day 3: Your First Included Event Night

Breakfast and lunch, then a relaxed day to get ready for tonight. This evening is one of your two included major event nights, your choice from AfroFuture, Detty Rave, Tidal Rave, Zamadisco, Rapaholic, or the NYE Countdown, with round-trip transport included both ways.

Day 4: Reset and Recharge

A protected recovery day after last night. Breakfast and lunch included; sleep in and move at your own pace. Optional: Spa or massage, pool or resort day, hosted beach recovery. Free time remains available at no additional charge.

Day 5: Heritage or Culture Your Way

Breakfast, then choose a free day in Accra or an optional heritage preview, Cape Coast Castle with Central Region context, or Kakum National Park with one castle. Alternatively, begin the optional two-day Central Region Heritage Immersion. No major event is scheduled after a full heritage day. Stay in the city for a lighter heritage preview or step into the Central Region Heritage Immersion, Assin Manso's ancestral river, Cape Coast Castle's dungeons and the Door of No Return, Kakum's rainforest canopy, Elmina's harbor town. Either way, this part of the journey is paced with the weight it deserves.

Day 6: Coast, Culture, and Connection

A free day in Accra, or a selected beach, food, cultural, wellness, or family activity, with an optional Event Access Pack where the schedule allows.

Day 7: Your Second Included Event Night

Breakfast and lunch, a relaxed day, then your second included major event night, again your choice from the full December in GH lineup, with round-trip transport included. Want a third night? Add a confirmed Event Access Pack separately.

Day 8: Slow Accra

Breakfast and lunch. A protected, flexible day: family time, independent exploring, or nothing at all. Optional: Spa or wellness treatment, beach or pool day, shopping and style route.

Day 9: Final Choice and Farewell

Breakfast and lunch, one last experience of your choice, an Accra food or culture outing, a beach afternoon, or an additional Event Access Pack if you've added a third night. Your farewell dinner is included tonight, closing out the trip before you start thinking about home.

Day 10: Departure

Breakfast, check-out, and airport transfer based on your confirmed flight time.
